RGB lines at the top of the screen, black about 2 inches from the top. Anyone ever have this one before? Currently, vertical IC and associated circuitry has been checked including R539 known to change value and pull down the screen. No luck....So far any way.

Ya gotta check & replace components sumtimes yung fella- try electros in vert, then r/p output ic?Q,s, then(yoke ok?) - could even be(& sometimes is) jungle ic.
