Dell Inspirion 6000 - not working

Hi,
I have a Dell Inspirion 6000 and he's stop working.
When I push power button, powerlight LED switch ON for 3-4 sec. and OFF.
Nothing work , no fancooler, no HDD. Dead.
Any idea?

TRY YOUR MEMORY OR IF ITS NOT THAT IT MITE BE YOUR CPU.MORE THEN LIKELY ITS YOUR MEMORY. HAVE YOU CHANGE ANY THING ON IT LIKE UP GRADE?
