canon image runner jams in print mode

i replaced the fuser in my IR2010f
when printing from my computer in printer mode before i replaced the fuser, the copies came out in the top tray fine
now they are coming out into the lower tray but stopping 1/2 the way out
when photo copying in copy mode they come out in lower tray as usual perfectly without jamming
any advise?
