I did theres. it came up with a 128p. I have a whole bunch of transistors and 128 is not any I have. I even tried h**p://www.ee.washington.edu/circuit_archive/parts/cross.html but it is not working.

for one thing the whole part number for your transistor is more than likely 2sc9103. try looking up that part number and see what you get./
