Philips ktv 25PT910A (FL1.17 ch.)doens't com out of stanbby.

Hello I have philips ktv 25PT910A

It stays in stand by mode.

If I look that the SOPS is switching off the tv due to the PROT
PROT signal stay at 0.8 volts

If PROT signal stay low it could com from sevral sources.
But how can you measure on the diferent voltages if the SOPS is turning of the power continues ?



I have put the TV in diagnostic mode and the next two leds
Turning on standby and operation led. acording to the list of errors messeages it's number 11 (i2c ,front end ssp[C](FQ 9xx))
what does that mean

Is there any one having an hint to fix the TV ?

I have looking at the + and - 11V. Those voltage levels are not there.
