Hello Georgio,
Found this on the net (for use when Pin-code is not known)
PRESS VOL - ON TV & CHILD LOCK ON REMOTE TOGETHER , PRESS MODE ON REM, USING CHANNEL +/- TO SELECT CHILD LOCK , SELECT NEW PIN PRESS MODE , E.
Maybe it works for your Sharp set to?
