LP801 does not connect anywhere - it is a ground loop to tie the power cables with instead of using ferrite ;-)|

Thanks jts1957 for the info, you're right. UC3842 was fault and "kneeled" the voltage. Also replaced polyester cap 1nF/1600V (C669).
The TV set was repaired!
