19-10-2008Thanks for all your help so far, I'm still having problems getting rid of the 7 SAFE on the display, I have tried suggestions from here and googled for this same issue, left it 12 hours, disconnected it, left it again turned on in both SAFE and 7 SAF

19-10-2008i think continued use without the fan may have caused the probem - but the fault is there before the heatsink has warmed so dont think replacing this alone will solve the problem. i was thinking of bridging the relay as a temp measure to see if the prob
