07-01-2011 | vestel 11ak30 standby problem | i have vestel tv chasis 11ak30 ,it has processor st92195c3b1,and stv2246h .The problem is Standby state.power led is red .Bu808 is ok ,6n80 power suply mosfet is ok.i replaced st92195 .when i open pin 47 of syscon IC TV turn on what are other possibilties |

08-01-2011 | DX-LCD32-09 | I too have the same problem, 1/3 of the TV works at the top and the 2/3's is just lines, exactly like the picture above.
1st - I first replaced the DSP Board $118.00, returned
2nd - I replaced the T-Con Board $68.00, returned

08-01-2011 | | Power board is where I would look first. Check all fuses, make sure none of the caps have blown or leaking. Look for damage to the board as well, could have popped a resistor, I've done that a time or two.
