| 18-06-2009 | ACER Monitor Inverter Board | We have repaired a couple of these the value of R1 is 10 ohm and we have just used a 0.25w metal film resistor. You also need to check and probably change C6 and C22 which are 220uf 25v Electrolytic Capacitors.

| 19-06-2009 | Additional info | Looked closely in dimmer light and see that all the Green Leds are lit up and the red led is also glowing. Didn't know if that might help for the troubleshooting.
Also checked E995, E996 and found that they are good with Ohm meter.
