02-07-2012The radiator on the back of the radio is very hot.Hi All, As in the subject. I have radio renault in traffic 2009. The radiator on the back of the radio is very hot. I accidentally touched it and get burned. Should this be so? Michael

02-07-2012No it shouldn't get so hot I'd have thought... you don't say if it is working or not! Have you tried it with the speakers disconnected - obviously you'll get no sound? You may have a damaged speaker or wiring which would cause it to run hot. Dave

02-07-2012Don't know the radio off-hand. Maybe it wants a complete reset by removing all power feeds. There 'could' be a clue that the 'always 12V' is missing, what this does it retains the memory and time etc... the clue is that it's lost the 'time of day', not
