I was having the exact same problem with my Xboard 25, and the calibration menu seemed to have fixed it!

D810 (UF5402) in the PSU might be short-circuit.|

If banging the TV cured the fault in its beginning stages, that points to dry-joints (or what the yanks call cold-joints). You need to look for any poor solder joints in the TV, or ask an engineer to look it over.|

when I conect R118 to ground TV turn on and power led stay green.
also voltage of Drain pin of Mosfet Q801 is unstable (27v...110v)|

i bring the brightness full and i also bring up the bright on the flyback but pic is still dark.t found two badly caps close to the flyback i change them but still the same way.any ideas w|
