quite a trivial reply, but you best dismount it (not very difficult, it's often locked under the covers of screen hinges). Then carefully reach down to the individual key contacts, and clean with a wet cotton stick.

Not familar with your TV set but I suspect faulty (drying up) capacitor at vert IC. Not likely to be CRT problem.
i'd change all elect capacitors near this IC. Hope it helps. :) |
