| 29-06-2008 | | here is a schematic of the ck-31302, from it I figured out the pin layout. Do I need to cut the PIP brown wire and remove it completely?
The .pdf picture needs to be rotated so you can see the pip board.

| 29-06-2008 | | A picture is worth a thousand words. You may be fighting 2 separate problems. Neither of the two are hard to fix. Like I said, get me the # of the convergence board and I can either help you fix it or get a rebuilt one. |

| 29-06-2008 | | The block is in the front of the set. Keep adjusting the 3 colors until you have the best possible black and white. If you have a tinge of green start by turning down the green screen control in the front of the set. |
