| 24-01-2010 | No pict and not turning off | I have a westinghouse tv Model# LTV32w6HD. I can turn it on with the remote or power button on the tv. The little blue light comes on but no picture. the only to turn it off is to unplug it. What is wrong, is there a reset? |
