|07-01-2011||vestel 11ak30 standby problem||i have vestel tv chasis 11ak30 ,it has processor st92195c3b1,and stv2246h .The problem is Standby state.power led is red .Bu808 is ok ,6n80 power suply mosfet is ok.i replaced st92195 .when i open pin 47 of syscon IC TV turn on what are other possibilties|

|08-01-2011||DX-LCD32-09||I too have the same problem, 1/3 of the TV works at the top and the 2/3's is just lines, exactly like the picture above.
1st - I first replaced the DSP Board $118.00, returned
2nd - I replaced the T-Con Board $68.00, returned
purchase everything f|
|08-01-2011||Power board is where I would look first. Check all fuses, make sure none of the caps have blown or leaking. Look for damage to the board as well, could have popped a resistor, I've done that a time or two.

Power is a problem Q1 smd D2 short circuit

Check D800 - BA159 for short circuit
Replace D806 (it may read ok)|

|08-01-2011||Handset or no handset ya gonna' have to try and get it on channel 38 even if it means going up one at a time on the front panel.
Turn to channel 38, and hold channel+ and volume- for 3 seconds.

If it won't come out of standby I'd be looking at the Power Supply Unit first of all.
