19-01-2007Me too...I too had the same problem 16 months ago - and the authorized repair company replaced a horizontal control board ( $150 ) .... and now it happened again. Have you heard if Panasonic has addressed this re-occuring issue ?

19-01-2007I have the same problem If you turn down the brightness the picture will stay on. from reading on sites this is down to the inverter pcb for the backlights but I have another 2 logik tv's that is not the inverter but same backlight fault
