03-02-2010 | | It seems you need to acess the tv's menu and then modify your channel list to turn channels on or off. If you have it hooked to cable, try the 'autoprogram' function on most tv's for detecting channels. |
03-02-2010 | | There are lots of designs on the internet and through youtube on building your own wind turbine both vertically and horizontally.
The trick is getting the gear ratio correct and finding a good generator to produce the desired output. |
03-02-2010 | HP Compaq nx6320 Schematic Diagrame Required | hi

03-02-2010 | | You can get the HP nx6320 service manual with schematics at www.schematics.me |
03-02-2010 | | Based on what I've read on this site, the FSP212-SF01 is no longer available and has been replaced by the FSP212-SF02. I believe the FSP212-SF02 needs a separate wire harness to make it work with your set. I can't comment on if the replacement power sup |
03-02-2010 | | That power supply is quite complex. It has a regular standby supply for +5 but all the other voltages are generated by two other switch mode supplies (same board but different sections). Check the model number on the power supply and if is related to FS |
03-02-2010 | | Then it is more likely a cracked solder connection on the power supply board. Inspect the solder using high magnification and look for hairline cracks. |
03-02-2010 | | Depending on how much effort you want to put into the repair, it is easier just to get a cheap set top box or an old VCR to handle the channel changing. |
03-02-2010 | | The thermal fuse is in series with the windings and is under the wrappings of the transformer. If you happen to find it, do not solder the new one on since you'll likely blow the new one with the heat of the soldering iron. Crimping will work better in |
03-02-2010 | | Try gently tapping on the PCB mounted to the back of the CRT tube with an insulated object. You might need to do some soldering there. |
03-02-2010 | 42 philips 42pf5520d/10 | i have this set and with power to it and red light on, i turn it on, clicks tho its coming on, then clicks straight off, then no lights and seems dead, unplug n it wud do same process, psu is lj44-00101b |
03-02-2010 | Technika 32 LCD LCD32-207 faulty | i also have this set and the problem with this is, when i turn on i just get a red screen changing to a green then to a blue one and just repeats all time |
04-02-2010 | | Did you check the power supply for bulged caps? |
04-02-2010 | | So the panel lights up? |
04-02-2010 | | If you notice, there are so many blown and bulging caps that it would take me a long time to clean up and replace...if it had been only 1 or 2, I would have taken the chance, but considering the mess (look at all the yellow oozing)...some have oozes where |
04-02-2010 | | [quote:4c377285c2="kezug"], but considering the mess (look at all the yellow oozing)...some have oozes where there appears to be no caps..[/quote:4c377285c2]
The yellow substance is not the ooze from capacitor(s); it is epoxy glue used to support heavi |
04-02-2010 | | I feel so dumb, yet suddenly a little smarter. :)
So then, does a bulging capacitor mean it is not longer working? |
04-02-2010 | | Hmmmm, so it looks like I have only 7 capacitors with bulging caps that need replacing. My new psu is on its way (70.00 after shipping costs factored in)...
Are you saying that if I replace the 7 bulging capacitors, that this thing might work? |
04-02-2010 | | By "bulging" capacitor, it is meant that capacitor has already failed or (failing) due to internal shorts, age or inferior quality. The slits on top of the can is a safety feature. It is meant to relieve the pressure built inside the failing cap |
04-02-2010 | | hmmm, i might see about the cost of returning the psu and try to replace the capacitors on my own....trying to weight it out as to cost of shipping + return shipping to supplier...then cost of capacitors plus solder and solder gun to replace the capacitor |
04-02-2010 | | I need also a copy of the service manual for the 8825printer.. |
