17-01-2009Thank you for the advice but that isn't it. I've allredy cleaned the inside of the volume button by takeing it apart. As for the motherboard i've also cleaned it with alcohol. everything was cleaned with alcohol. something else please. what can it be from

18-01-2009If the drum is not physically binding and free to turn and you have the drive and supply voltages present and not buckling under load, it is likely the drum motor itself( although rare, failure of the hall sensor inside the motor can prevent operation).
